Lech Poznan is organizing a Family Picnic with Kolejorz on September 9 in front of its stadium. The event will run from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the area in front of Enea Stadion on Bułgarska Street, as confirmed by the club's official website.

The club has prepared a rich program for fans of all generations. This is the third summer edition of the event, and interest is growing year on year. Organizers expect a record attendance. The event comes at a great time for the team, which after four matchdays of the Ekstraklasa sits in second place with 10 points, just two behind leaders Legia Warszawa. The squad has scored eight goals and conceded only three so far this season.

What attractions await at the family picnic?

Wojciech Terpiłowski, head of the image marketing department at Lech, assures there will be no shortage of activities. "We warmly invite everyone, there will certainly be no shortage of attractions and everyone will find something for themselves," he said. For the youngest, an inflatable zone and the Dragon Ambulance attraction are prepared. There will also be a special football tricks show and an XXL Games Zone. For the active, ping-pong tables, table football, and Subsoccer will be available. There will also be a chance to play volleyball and participate in football matches led by Lech Future coaches.

The gastronomic zone will offer food and drinks. Throughout the picnic, the club shop Stacja Kolejorz will be open, where paid tours of Enea Stadion can also be booked. Event partners STIGA and Cukierasy will have their own zones. In the Cukierasy zone, free blood sugar level measurements will be available.

Will there be a chance to meet the championship team?

Yes, this is one of the main program highlights. Fans will be able to meet the Lech Poznan first team led by coach Niels Frederiksen. It will be a unique opportunity for photos and conversations with the players, who just a few days earlier advanced to the league phase of the Europa League. Additionally, you can take a souvenir photo with the actual Polish Championship trophy, which Lech won twice in a row.

Organizers have also arranged a meeting with Maciej Henszel, author of the book 'Lech od kulis. Dziesięciokrotni mistrzowie'. A new feature will be an AI photobooth for creating souvenir photos. Wojciech Terpiłowski also hinted at one surprise: "There will also be Project Stratosphere, but we leave that as a surprise to be discovered on the spot."

Where to park and how to get to the event?

For those arriving by car, the club has made Parking D available. The event is an outdoor, family-friendly gathering, and admission is free. It's a perfect opportunity to spend a Sunday afternoon with loved ones in a pleasant atmosphere while feeling the club's spirit. The event coincides with the team's strong league position, which can be followed on our standings page.

What are the team's plans after the picnic?

After the family meeting with fans, the team will focus on the rest of the season. Lech's next match is away against Wisla Plock on December 17. That opponent currently sits in 16th place in the Ekstraklasa table. Before that match, the team has many more league fixtures, the schedule for which is available on our fixtures page.
