Lech Poznan is inviting fans to another edition of its 'Museum with a Legend' series, which returns after the summer break. The event will take place on Tuesday, September 15th, at Enea Stadion, featuring legendary 1970s players Ryszard Szpakowski and Włodzimierz Wojciechowski. The club's official website reported the planned gathering.

Who are the event's special guests?

Ryszard Szpakowski and Włodzimierz Wojciechowski are key figures in Lech Poznan's history. Both played for the team in the 1970s, a period that saw the club return to the Ekstraklasa after a decade-long absence. It was then, nicknamed the 'Poznan Locomotive', that they laid the sporting and organizational foundations for future successes. The Museum with a Legend project aims to introduce fans to exactly these kinds of figures, the builders of the club's proud past.

What is the schedule for the evening?

The meeting is scheduled for 5:00 PM in the conference hall of Enea Stadion. It will begin with refreshments and a Q&A session where the audience can ask the legendary guests questions. At 6:30 PM, participants will have the opportunity to take photos and get autographs, as well as pose with the Polish Championship trophy won by Lech in 2026. The climax of the evening will be a tour of the Lech Poznan Museum, which opened in 2022, starting at 7:00 PM.

Where to buy tickets and what is the cost?

Tickets for the event are priced at 40 złoty. Season ticket holders are eligible for a 50% discount. Tickets are available exclusively online via the bilety.Lech Poznan.pl portal. The number of spots is limited, so the club is urging early reservations. "This will be another meeting of the Kolejorz family," said Maciej Henszel, Lech Poznan's manager of communication and external relations.

How is the team performing ahead of the event?

The legends event takes place at an excellent time for the first team. Lech Poznan currently tops the Ekstraklasa table, having amassed 16 points from six matchdays. Their record is five wins and one draw, with the team's recent form reading five consecutive victories. Kolejorz has scored 11 goals so far, conceding only four, for an impressive +7 goal difference. Their lead over second-placed Legia Warszawa is one point. The next league test awaits the team on Wednesday, December 17th, away to Wisla Plock, which can be found on our fixtures list. The squad list and statistics are available on the squad and stats pages.
