Lech Poznań, the leaders of the Ekstraklasa, will face Górnik Zabrze in Saturday's match of the 7th round. Kolejorz travels to Zabrze as the reigning Polish champions and league leaders with 16 points from six games.

Up to 28,499 spectators could be at the stadium in Zabrze, with around 1,400 Lech fans expected to make the trip from Poznań. The clubs have also agreed on kits. Lech Poznań will wear their basic blue and white set, while the hosts will play in black jerseys with red accents on the collar.
Coaches' comments ahead of the clash
Górnik's coach, Niels Frederiksen, praised the opponent. "I am impressed with Górnik's play, they are performing very well and play nice football." said Lech's Slovak coach. Frederiksen added that his team is more dangerous now after the summer transfers and expects to fight for the highest goals.
Lech Poznań's coach commented on his team's style of play. "Lech enjoys playing football in attack, which is why we want to create difficult conditions for them to play." he emphasized.
Form and match context
Lech Poznań travels to Zabrze on a run of five consecutive victories in all competitions. In the Ekstraklasa, the team is on a streak of four straight wins, last drawing with FC Thun in European competition. Their latest victory was a 1-0 win over Raków Częstochowa, with a goal from Leo Bengtsson in the 71st minute. The team's current form reads four wins and one draw in the last five matches.
Górnik Zabrze has lost only once this season, to GKS Katowice, and has a better points tally than last year. Since the 3-1 loss to Lech in the Polish Super Cup in July, the Silesian club has strengthened with several transfers. The squad has been joined by midfielder Paulo Bernardo on loan from Celtic Glasgow, forward Janisa Antista on loan from Sassuolo, and winger Peter Federico from Getafe.
