Lech Poznań has confirmed its status as Poland's financial leader. The club recorded revenue of 248.4 million złoty in the previous season, the best result among all Polish football clubs that surpassed the 200 million złoty threshold.
Across the entire Ekstraklasa, only Legia Warsaw achieved higher revenue, at 290.5 million złoty. Lech Poznań, however, posted a net profit increase of 103 million złoty compared to the prior season. The club led the league in revenue from core activities, commercial operations, matchday income, and merchandising sales.
The Finansowa Ekstraklasa report described Lech Poznań's business model as the best in Poland. The club also enjoyed the highest average match attendance in the league. Outgoing player transfers generated 15.2 million euros for Lech.
Strong financial health aligns with sporting results. Lech Poznań, the reigning Polish champions, currently sit 3rd in the Ekstraklasa with 19 points from eight games. In their last match, the team defeated Radomiak Radom 5-1. The next fixture, against Slask Wroclaw, is scheduled for October 10th.
