Lech Poznan received 1 824 450 zł funding from the 'Nasi na Boisko - Path of Young Footballers and Players' program of the Ministry of Sport and Tourism. The funds are allocated for the support of children and youth training and the creation of appropriate conditions for young players and footballers to develop their sport further. The 'Nasi na Boisko' program is one of the instruments of support for youth training in Polish football. It includes teams participating in Central Junior and Junior League matches, as well as academies of clubs competing in the two highest classes of men's and women's football. Lech Poznan received a total of 1 824 450 zł. For men's training, 1 343 310 zł is allocated, while 481 140 zł is a grant related to the training of young female footballers. The Nasi na Boisko program includes both the functioning of teams participating in central youth competitions and the effects of work of academies of clubs competing at the highest levels of competition. One of the elements affecting the level of support are the results achieved by clubs in the programs of the Polish Football Association Młodzieżowiec 2.0 and PRO Wychowanka. The same is rewarded not only for the conduct of training, but also for creating a real path for young players and footballers leading to senior football. Funding under the 'Nasi na Boisko' program can be used for direct expenses related to the conduct of the training process of young footballers and players. This includes, among other things, the organization of training and sports camps, participation of teams in competitions, use of sports infrastructure, purchase of equipment or provision of appropriate facilities for female footballers and players. Lech Poznan currently occupies first place in Ekstraklasa, scoring 60 points in 34 matches, with a record of 16 wins, 12 draws and 6 losses. The team is 4 points ahead of Górniki Zabrze.
